Cancellation Policy

• 24 hour notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  Appointment Cancellation: If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours prior, a $50 fee will apply. This fee is due prior to re-booking.

• Initial Consultations: A fee may apply for no-shows or late arrivals when rebooking your consultation appointment.

Late Policy

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

  If you are 30 minutes, or more, late your appointment is subject to cancellation and a $50.00 fee will apply.
