  • YES! I only use the highest quality 100% Cuticle Aligned Human Remy Hair. This hair has a lifespan of 8 months - 1 year + with proper maintenance and care in place. 

  • Any extension method can cause damage if installed incorrectly or not maintained properly at home. That’s why I take great care in applying your extensions with clean sections and safe weight distribution, using the skills I’ve built over 9+ years of experience to protect your natural hair. I’ll also walk you through at-home care tips and send you home with a detailed maintenance guide to help you maximize the lifespan of your extensions—and keep your natural hair healthy, too.

  • Each extension method varies on installation timing, as well as how much hair is needed to create your desired outcome. Timing can range from 1 hour - 4 hours approximately.

  • Yes, I do offer FREE CONSULTATIONS on your FIRST visit! This appointment is used to discuss the entire process; from the history of your hair, to the method you are looking for, your desired outcome and what is needed to achieve it, as well as colour matching, pricing quotes and answering any questions you may have!

For Clients:

  • Revert to ”Maintenance List” for recommendations on how to get the longest lifespan of your hair extensions.

  • It is recommended to use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner but It is possible to wash and style your extensions as you would your own. Keeping in mind some slight changes to your shampoo and brush options, the extensions are able to be washed, blow dried, and styled with hot irons (avoiding any bonds) with a more mindful gentle approach you can feel comfortable to treat it like your own!

  • Every 6-8 weeks. As our hair is naturally shedding on a daily basis it is important to come for maintenance appointments on time to remove any shed hairs and product buildup being held at the root of your extensions. If this is not performed on time your sections will have more shed hairs and less natural hair connected to your scalp to support the weight of the extension strand. Failure to perform maintenance appointments within a 6-8 week timeframe may cause possible damage to your natural hair.

    • Products that contain Sulfates 

    • Purple/ Blue shampoo 

    • Lightener/Toner/Hair Dye

  • You are able to book an appointment for a removal service at any point.

    During this appointment your extensions will be gently removed and prepared for you to take home with you.

    If you wish to install them again at a later time you are more than welcome to come back!

    For any appointment changes – a fee of $30 will apply to your appointment.

  • Yes I offer free touch-ups or slight adjustments within the first 14 days of your installation or maintenance. We want you to LOVE your hair and feel comfortable, so if you have any discomforts or concerns about the install  please let me know so we can quickly address it.
